I hope all of you had a wonderful summer break and are now ready for fourth grade at White Oak Intermediate.  We will have a great year together.  I just wanted to share a few things that will help the year go smoothly.  Parents, please  check the planners and homework folders each day for assignments and notes.  Also, please read the student handbook carefully, especially in regard to the dress code and birthday party invitations.  Finally, since it  is so hot, your child might want to bring water in a sealable unbreakable bottle.
